General Questions
What types of LED signs do you offer?
We offer a wide range of LED signs including Frame Sealed Outdoor LED Signs, Premium Duty Outdoor LED Signs, and Window Signs (Single Color, Full Color, and HD Full Color).
Are your signs made in Canada?
Yes! All of our signs are assembled in Canada using quality global components.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our Outdoor LED Signs come with a 5-year warranty on parts, and our Window Signs come with a 3-year warranty on parts.
Control & Software
How do I control my LED sign?
Most of our signs are controlled via the LedArt Mobile App (available on iOS and Android via WiFi). Full Color and HD Full Color signs also support HDPlayer computer software (Windows).
Can I use HDPlayer software with a Single Color (Red) Window Sign?
No. Single Color (Red) Window Signs are WiFi app control only. HDPlayer and other computer software are not compatible with this sign type.
Do I need special wiring or electrical work?
No. All of our signs plug into a standard 110V AC outlet — no special electrical work required.
Outdoor Signs
How bright are your outdoor signs?
Our Frame Sealed Outdoor LED Signs have a brightness of 7,000 nits, making them clearly visible even in direct sunlight.
What sizes are available for outdoor signs?
Outdoor signs are available in multiple heights (8", 14", 21", 27", 34" and more) and widths. Visit our Frame Sealed or Premium Duty collections to browse all available sizes.

Window Signs
How do window signs work?
Window signs are designed to be mounted in or near your storefront window. You select the sign by window width, then choose the height that fits your space. They plug into a standard outlet and are controlled via the LedArt Mobile App.
What is the difference between Full Color and HD Full Color window signs?
Full Color signs offer vibrant colour at 4,500 nits, while HD Full Color signs deliver sharper, higher-definition colour at 5,000 nits — ideal for businesses that want the best possible display quality.
